This Fund is available exclusively to wholesale and sophisticated investors, as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
To invest in this Fund, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Accountant’s Certificate (most common)
A qualified accountant certifies that you:
- Have net assets of at least $2.5 million, or
- Have earned gross income of $250,000+ per year for the past two financial years.
Valid for two years from date of issue.
Professional Investor Test
Automatic qualification if you hold an AFSL or control $10 million+ in gross assets.
Investment Size Test
A single investment of $500,000 or more may qualify you.
